Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Meet the monthly sales target for Airtel Broadband by engaging with prospective customers and persuading them to acquire a broadband connection.
• Identify, approach, and educate potential customers about the benefits of installing and subscribing to Airtel Broadband.
• Maintain regular attendance records through check-in and check-out on the Airtel APP.
• Conduct visits to households and retailers within the assigned area to identify potential customers and influence them to purchase Airtel Broadband.
• Develop leads for prospective customers and initiate contact with them.
• Provide timely feedback on market competition to the Airtel Team in the respective circle.
• Stay updated on company products and the features introduced periodically.

Skills And Requirements:

• Outstanding personality and well-groomed appearance.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Up to 3 years of experience, with broadband experience considered an additional asset.
• Proficient in the local language of the state, with conversational English as a supplementary advantage.
• Competent in approaching and effectively dealing with customers.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, and committed to achieving results.
• Possesses a smartphone and is well-versed in app usage.
• Personal vehicle – Two-wheeler mandatory with a valid driving license.
