Expectations for Smallcase Careers:

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IAC) using Terraform or CDK.
• Familiarity with containerization concepts like Docker.
• Participate in the implementation of automation and best practices within CI/CD pipelines like GitHub/Jenkins/Argo Workflow.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation related to DevOps processes, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and respond to infra alerts and incidents, working with the team to mitigate those incidents.
• Collaborate with developers and operations teams to ensure the timely resolution of DevOps (infra)-related issues.

Requirements for Smallcase Careers:

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Bash, Typescript), with the ability to read and understand code.
• Understanding of Cloud Service Providers such as AWS.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to different stakeholders.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and agile development practices.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and command-line utilities.
