Responsibilities of the Candidate:

As a Data Analyst, you will specialize in owning and analyzing business questions for the team. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Curating and Maintaining KPIs: Analyze and research business questions, curate, and maintain Key Performance Indicators that indicate trends toward achieving business goals.
2. Pattern Recognition: Excel in finding patterns in data that may be challenging to identify but can lead to achieving business objectives.
3. Analysis for Strategy: Provide analysis that not only highlights current methodology effectiveness but also suggests customer segments and strategies for investment to exceed goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and common databases.
• Ability to perform quick data analysis using Python.
• Capability to conduct statistical analysis on datasets and derive insights.
• Experience in evaluating experimentation with various performance metrics.
• Knowledge of causal analysis is a plus.
