Job Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Project Trainee of Expert Advocacy, your responsibility is to address expert/customer inquiries and concerns by providing professional and efficient support via emails. You will also manage and optimize self-service platforms like chatbots and knowledge bases to reduce the number of queries. Your work will involve utilizing Zoho Desk/CRM and the CRO platform Zoho Pagesense.

Skills and Requirements:

• Must be an Indian national and over 21 years of age.
• Should have completed graduation in the years 2021, 2022, or 2023 (Candidates must possess the Degree/provisional certificate).
• Should not have been an apprentice under NATS before.
• Freshers with 0 to 1 years of experience are welcome.
• Must have excellent communication (verbal/written) and problem-solving abilities.
• Should possess a PAN card, Aadhar card, and all necessary educational documents.
• Candidates with working knowledge of MS-Excel and Zoho Desk tool will be preferred.
