Job Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct project management meetings to ensure clear project deliveries and effective communication among team members.
2. Implement technical payroll solutions across a diverse client segment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
3. Develop processing documentation as required for payroll operations.
4. Document client procedures and maintain front sheets for easy reference.
5. Update payroll on-boarding documents and assist with internal communications and relationships with relevant departments.
6. Stay updated with legislation changes and their potential impact on clients, as well as developments in payroll software.
7. Support the Implementation Manager with training and mentoring the team to ensure their proficiency in payroll operations.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in UK payroll is advantageous, demonstrating familiarity with payroll processes and regulations.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating demeanor to drive team performance.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• High level of customer awareness, ensuring client needs are met efficiently and professionally.
• Demonstrated desire to continuously update product knowledge and skill set as required.
• Technical proficiency with various software programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, facilitating effective documentation and communication processes.
