Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reporting: Develop and manage views for various business data including dashboards and scorecards. Coordinate with MIS and analytics teams for data gathering.
• Data Analysis: Analyze work data and generate key insights on business performance, user quality, redemption funnels, and other critical metrics.
• P&L Management: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for consolidating and reviewing Business Profit and Loss (P&L). Understand the levers to drive efficiency in the P&L.
• Process/Program Management: Lead end-to-end process and program management strategies and partnerships by liaising with key stakeholders internally and driving execution to completion.
• Program Management: Manage key projects involving the design of activity systems and tracking mechanisms.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work in ambiguous environments with high ownership.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Snowflake, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts.
