Job Profile & Responsibilities of Supervisors:

• Effectively coach direct reports on their performance regularly to ensure performance metrics are achieved weekly.
• Identify performance-related issues, develop action plans for improvement, and implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment.
• Ensure services delivered meet our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated employee calls and cases.

Job Profile & Responsibilities of Chat Support Advisors:

• Maintain basic knowledge of client basics and procedures.
• Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required.
• Participate in activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in the chat/call tracking database.
