Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Holding high levels of professionalism and Deep product knowledge.
• Using the right approach in delivering customer support resulting in a positive customer experience.
• Efficiently working through tickets via voice calls, live chats, email, and other social media platforms.
• Demonstrating strong ownership in customer issue resolution.
• Continually learning the Deel platform, keeping up to date with product features and changes.
• Maintaining open communication with internal team members and business operations to help optimize and support internal and external workflows.
• Specializing in different account topics and becoming a subject matter expert.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and other requests.
• Identifying, qualifying, and overcoming customer objections.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Requirements:

• Preferred experience in BPO, Call Centers, or Customer Facing Teams.
• Ability to work across multiple platforms, providing customer support using voice calls, live chats, email, and on social media.
• Fluent in written and verbal English communication skills.
• Demonstrated high ability in providing customer satisfaction through empathy and problem-solving within deadlines.
• Experience working within a Global SaaS company would be highly regarded.
• Zendesk experience is preferred.
• Participating in ongoing product training and process upskilling.
• Using initiative in identifying trends and/or process improvements.
• Being open-minded and willing to accept feedback, whether positive or constructive.
