Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Listen to customers’ concerns, issues, and queries.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints promptly.
  • Prepare customer reports by collecting data collected during customer interactions.
  • Resolve customers’ concerns and answer their questions to the best of your ability.
  • Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
  • Patience when handling tough cases.
