Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound sales activities to secure bookings for students or other assigned user groups for their accommodation needs, whether short-term or long-term stays.
• Serve as a liaison between property management and students, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any concerns.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high conversion rates.
• Complete booking-related tasks promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with assigned leads via various channels, including WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to the achievement of team growth targets.
• Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and self-motivation to meet assigned targets within set timelines.

Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a neutral English style.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Effective time management and planning abilities.
• Experience in objection handling and negotiation is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts totaling 8 hours to meet business requirements.
