Our Apprenticeship Program is a great way for you to experience the corporate world and gain industry-relevant knowledge and skills. Depending on the team you would join, you will have the opportunity to learn a combination of one or more of the following:

Site Reliability Engineer Trainee:

• Designs, writes, and builds tools to improve the reliability, availability, and scalability of key systems and services.
• Automates deployments, monitors, analyzes, and optimizes products/services in Network platforms and environment, Change management procedures, and deployment processes.
• Maintains the engineering environment to best support automated testing of code that is actively being used by customers/clients. The principle of zero downtime is maintained.
• Site reliability engineers typically create a bridge between development and operations by applying a software engineering mindset to system administration topics.

Software Test Engineer Trainee:

• Provides real-time insights into application performance, user experience, and business outcomes.
• Offers visibility into end-to-end application performance from user interface points.
• Automates and tests products while monitoring cloud-based solutions.
• Develops frameworks for automating tests that can validate complex distributed systems.

Software Developer Trainee:

• Learns programming languages and the latest development methodologies.
• Deploys new software and upgrades to a large SaaS environment.
• Implements change management procedures and deployment processes.
• Develops one or more tools used within the operations team to automate complex tasks.

Hardware Engineer Trainee:

• Learns concepts of HDL or other tools to draw schematic design and its process.
• Translates hardware schematic design into layout design.
• Executes test cases using scripts and shares the test logs, performing analysis on the same.
• Performs different levels of Hardware Automation, Validation, and Test where applicable.
