Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proactive and Reactive Support:
  • Provide both proactive and reactive support to Mobility Managed Services (MMS) clients.
  • Handle incidents, apply changes, escalate issues, and perform proactive audits.
• Data Analysis:
  • Analyze app metrics and log data using tools such as Elastic, Splunk, and New Relic.
  • Identify problem areas and make recommendations to development teams.
  • Communicate issue resolutions to internal and external clients.
• Client Consultation:
  • Consult with clients to understand their problems and requests for additional information.
  • Manage issues proactively through audits and alerts to prevent them from becoming client incidents.
• Client Interaction:
  • Participate in weekly service calls with clients.
  • Build and automate client reports using scripting languages.
• Mobile Device Management:
  • Use VMware’s Workspace One UEM (formerly AirWatch) to manage client devices and apps, including OS (iOS and Android) and critical app updates.
• Solution Maintenance:
  • Leverage CareAware iCommand to provision users and devices.
  • Perform regular solution maintenance for Cerner’s CareAware Connect solutions (Voice and Messenger).
