• Maintain Existing Automation Test Frameworks: Ensure the continued functionality and efficiency of current automation test frameworks.
• Collect and Report Quality Metrics: Gather data from test executions and report on quality metrics to inform improvements.
• Design Testing Strategies: Collaborate with developers to create specific testing strategies for newly developed features and automate these strategies.
• Create and Execute Test Plans: Develop comprehensive test plans and execute them, focusing on automation where possible.
• Support Engineering Organizations: Assist engineering teams in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and development/test environments.

Qualifications for ServiceNow Careers:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 0+ Years of Experience: Experience with technologies relevant to ServiceNow and strong coding skills that yield high-quality results.
• Automated Testing Frameworks: Experience with various automated testing frameworks, such as Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source projects.
• Agile Methodology: Experience working within agile methodology for software development teams.
• Testing Techniques: Understanding of multiple testing techniques (e.g., performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weaknesses, and the ability to use them effectively. This includes tracking and addressing any discovered issues.
• Tool Proficiency: Ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools) to assist with daily tasks.
