Roles and Responsibilities:

• Technical Writing and Product Documentation: Create comprehensive and accurate technical documents.
• Information Gathering: Collect information through product specification documents, interviews, product demos, and product exploration.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to understand concepts and create well-structured documents.
• User Journey Understanding: Understand various user journeys and present content in an easily consumable manner.
• Visual Aids: Use diagrams, flowcharts, and videos as needed to explain concepts better.
• Review and Editing: Peer-review, edit, and proofread documents to ensure high-quality content.
• Quality Improvement: Continuously work towards improving the quality of content.
• Feedback Incorporation: Work with internal teams to identify documentation bugs and gaps, and act on the feedback.
