Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  • BTech, BE, MCA, MCS, MTech, MSc (CS/IT).
  • Students pursuing technical (IT) bachelor’s or master’s degrees from recognized colleges/institutes/universities.
  • A minimum aggregate score of 80% across all subjects.
• Availability:
  • Available for onsite internships in Pune for 2-6 months.
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical Skills:
  • Technical Stack: Java, .NET, SDET/Testing, DevOps, InfoSec, Application Support.

Internship Structure:

• Orientation and Training:
  • Orientation and training sessions at the beginning of the program.
• Project Assignment:
  • Assignment to live projects under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.
• Feedback and Improvement:
  • Regular feedback sessions to ensure continuous learning and improvement.
• Resources and Tools:
  • Access to company resources and tools to aid in project completion.

Skills Required:

• Strong foundational knowledge in the relevant technical stack (Java, .NET, SDET/Testing, DevOps, InfoSec, Application Support).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Keen interest in learning and applying new technologies.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Compensation/Stipend:

• Non-Technical Graduates:
  • INR 15,000 per month (Gross).
• Technical Graduates:
  • INR 25,000 per month (Gross).
• Management/Master’s Technical Graduates:
  • INR 30,000 per month (Gross).
