Job Profile & Responsibilities of Project Coordinator

• Control author correspondence
• Establish a good rapport by offering assistance to technical reviewers
• Ensure the team receives content on time
• Control the schedules for reviews
• Schedule review dates to ensure the book is published by the scheduled date
• Monitor the “velocity” of projects and modify timelines as necessary
• Identify, evaluate, and deal with any risks that might compromise the plan
• Uphold the integrity of the editing processes and good practices at every level of the project
• Handle and resolve disputes between processes and timeframes while monitoring quality
• Secure funds for payments to writers, TRs, and other parties
• Oversee additional administrative duties
