Roles & Responsibilities

ServiceNow is looking for 2 motivated Contact Center Agents in India to support our global customer base. In this role, you will:

• Customer Interaction: Professionally answer calls from customers and partners.
• Case Management: Create cases in NowSupport, collecting essential information for Subject Matter Experts.
• Case Assignment: Assign cases to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert Team.
• Customer Training: Teach customers how to create cases in NowSupport.
• Initial Triage Support: Answer basic customer inquiries via case, phone, or email efficiently.

Skills Required

• Support and Training: Assist users with the ServiceNow platform and provide necessary advice or training on case creation.
• Initial Triage: Perform initial triage of customer cases with documented solutions or workarounds.
• Escalation Management: Escalate issues to internal support resources and Subject Matter Experts as needed.
• Case Handling: Answer and create multiple cases daily.
