Leading a platoon of Tele guests & responsible to drive their performance

Assuring Team conversion target to be met & exceeded matching the read figures week

on week & month on month base.

Monitoring both agent & dialler performance on real time base driving stylish affair

Endured in uploading leads, costing reports on dialler, maintaining applicable pace &

rechurn strategy to aim a healthy Talktime daily.

Agent mentoring, coaching & feedback sharing. Regular call & attestation checkups. nterde partmental collaboration with BI, Process & City brigades majorly.

Should be effective to plan & achieve diurnal targets

Publishing daily, daily, yearly process reports & dashboards. Should be excel expert in

assessing & showcasing process/ platoon performance.

Reviewing agents on daily & yearly base.

Agent rostering & maintaining loss.

Maintaining process position SLAs

6 Days working in a week, rotational offs.

Should be well equipped to handle platoon performance & well clued with call centre knowledge.

Open to work in 6 days rotational shift culture
Good Donation, communication & dispatch jotting chops.
