Job Description
HP Enterprise is hiring campaigners for the post of Technical Solution Adviser.

Job liabilities
Successfully resolve specialized issues( tackle and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end stoner’s connections and visionary announcement systems.
Respond to service, product, specialized, and client- relations questions on subjects similar as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, corridor, and options, grounded on client annuity( bond through charge-critical)..
Resolve incoming internal or external businesses and end stoner’s problems via telephone ande-support.
Articulate both in jotting and verbally case summary, resolution and add to Knowledge Management System( KMS).
Proactively help guests to avoid or reduce problem circumstance.
Represent the company in a face to face client position visit, assiduity conference/ trade show, seller meeting,etc.
Engages platoon members for support as needed to insure internal or external business and end stoner SLA demands are met.
Begin to mate with and help the Deals Pursuit platoon.

Eligibility Criteria
High School completion of post-primary position education previous to University study. generally certified by parchment( i.e.,H.S. parchment, “ A ” situations(U.K), Baccalaureate( France),etc.).
0- 1 time experience in applicable technologies and client surroundings.
Applicable assiduity qualification where applicable.

Preferred skill
Excellent verbal and spoken communication chops in language to be supported.
Experience in troubleshooting in a specialized terrain.
Excellent logical and problem working chops.
Software and tackle knowledge of computing, storehouse and supplemental bias.
Advanced proficiency with case operation databases and tools.
Superior client service chops.
Phone and remote support experience. E-support experience.
