Support for general billing inquiries.
Access client records and corroborate client account information.

Place follow- up calls to guests to insure their requirements are met in an effective manner.
Develop problem Working capacities
Access client databases, knowledge coffers and specialized operations to determine root causes and judgments .
Teamwork Interact with customer departments( test office, field service, dispatch) regarding escalations. record a technician visit when demanded.
Ameliorate specialized chops Attend job-affiliated training new hire and lesson training, new product or service updates and productcross-training.

Have excellent written and verbal dispatches
Direct Customer connections specialized support experience
