Job liabilities
Performs call monitoring according to covering formats & quality norms and provides trend data to operation platoon.

Uses quality monitoring data operation system to collect and track performance at platoon and individual position.
Performs observers of Inside Deals dispatchresponses.Participates in client listening programs to identify client requirements and prospects.

Provides practicable data to colorful internal support groups as demanded.
Equals and facilitates call estimation sessions forstaff.Provides feedback to platoon leaders and directors help them to sync more within the teamPrepares and analyses internal and external quality reports for operation staff review.

Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate from any sluice
