Parchment, BCA, B Tech in CS, IT Or Affiliated Branches and 2018 To 2022


Liabilities For campaigners-

We’re looking for tone- motivated individual with experience in voice grounded process furnishing Help- office Support( IT).
The ideal seeker should have good knowledge of specialized helpdesk support functions with a minimum0.6 to 3 time of experience.

Preferred qualification is B Tech/ BCA/ Parchment in ITfield.Must have a good understanding of handling Service office issues.
Should retain excellent verbal & spoken communication, donation chops,inter-personal chops.

Experience in analogous help- office profile which involves Incident Management & specialized troubleshooting in Retail sphere.
Handle Incoming Calls and perform troubleshooting over call as per Knowledge papers available and give first time fix over calls.

Handling Trouble Tickets in the form of converse/ Service Requests Emails.
Working towards meeting the defined SLAs for all criteria . Maximize client satisfaction through effective results delivery. To maintain a high degree of client service for all support queries and cleave to all service operation principles. To take power of stoner problems and be visionary when dealing with stoner issues
