Job Description
Administrative is operations labor force who’ll be assigned duties in OCC to help flight dispatcher in operations. He should be suitable to perform job functions efficiently using points, ACARS, MET PLUS, Report Engine etc. He she’ll be responsible for

1. help the Flight Dispatchers in covering VHF/ HF/ SATCOM/ ACARS communication on real time base and maintaining records logs of the same.
2. Will have readily available information on rearmost rainfall, airport limitationsetc. for backing to Flight Dispatcher and Flight Crew.
3. help Flight dispatcher in Flight follow- up.
4. recoup FIC/ ADC for all breakouts and follow- up wherever ATS plan not available, take applicable action i.e. to prize ATS PLAN from OFP and shoot it to separate station/ ATC unit.
5. Examiner conservation status of Aircraft and ZFW change matters and to inform Flight Dispatchers consequently.
6. Attend incoming telephone calls and transfer calls to separate Flight Dispatcher i.e. according to liabilities assigned. 10 2 with Physics & Mathematics obligatory
