Dispatch Grounded Alert Monitoring – original response & triage of cautions using bribe
confirmation of CRQ’s using cautions or Dashboards
Operation Performance and Monitoring using Dashboards
Problem Ticket creations & follow- ups for cautions reductions
Cautions Volumetric reporting(Bi-weekly, Yearly) Participation in TRT/ Bridge calls for Critical alert
resolution
Soft Chops & Situation Management over the phone callContribution in Knowledge operation – produce/ modernize new or being bribe
Assign incidents generated by covering tools to corresponding operation and support brigades usingSOPs.Escalate and engage Incident Requests and Change Requests to separate operation brigades using escalation matrix
