Qualification / Criteria :·
BE/B-Tech in CS / IT or MCA·
No Gap in Education·
No current Back Logs· 60% and above in 10th, 12th,/Diploma and Graduation (throughout)·
2 years of Service Agreement
CTC offered : 4.80 lpa
Skill Set Required :· Fresh Graduate from 2022 and 2023 batch (strictly)
· (Computer Science/ IT background)
· Excellent oral and written communication
· Passionate towards learning and doing research work
· Good in analytical, Mathematical & logical skills.
Job Responsibilities :
Weightage of Technical Skills (60%)Communication & Interpersonal skills (25%)Problem solving skills (15%)Prime responsibility is to design, code, unit test, integrate applications based on Java platform with utilization of web services
Participating actively in software design discussions and responsible for low level designs
Writing code that is both functional and elegant, following appropriate design patterns
A passion for technology and its use to solve complex business problems in a timely and robust manner
Responsible for key parameters including quality, schedule & correctness for project deliveries
Work effectively with client support teams and implementation architects to resolve application issues
Knowledge :Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
Basic knowledge of Coding platforms
Excellent analytical skills
Good understanding of software technologies and methodologies
Good understanding of object-oriented approaches to software development
