Job liabilities
hear attentively to client requirements and enterprises; demonstrate empathy while maximizing occasion to make fellowship with the client
Hail guests in a gracious, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
Maintain introductory knowledge of customer products and/ or services
Prepare complete and accurate work including meetly notating accounts as needed
share in conditioning designed to ameliorate client satisfaction and business performance
Offer fresh products and/ or services
Track, document and recoup information in call shadowing database
Respond to client inquiries by pertaining them to published accoutrements , secondary sources or further elderly staff
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate/ Undergraduate in any discipline( may vary base the job demand).
Preferred skill
gracious with strong client service exposure
Strong computer navigation chops and PC Knowledge
Capability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
reliable with strong attention to detail
Skilled inmulti-tasking; including the capability to be flexible and acclimatize to changes snappily
Forbearance for repetitious work in a presto- paced, high product work terrain
Capability to work as a platoon member, as well as singly
Demonstrate tolerance in all client contact simulations, including maintaining a affable and professional tone and manner
