Your focus is to deliverpost-sales support and results to the Oracle client base while serving as an advocate for client requirements.
This involves resolvingpost-salesnon-technical client inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, specialized questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services.
A primary point of contact for guests, you’re responsible for easing client connections with Support and furnishing advice and backing to internal Oracle workers on different client situations and escalated issues.
Your focus is to deliverpost-sales support and results to the Oracle client base while serving as an advocate for client requirements.

Oracle off Campus Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree from any sluice.

Preferred skill
Analytical and problem working chops
Organization and time operation chops
Communication chops to interact and present findings to platoon members
Attention to detail and follow through chops
Capability to work singly and as part of a platoon
amenability to travel
