Job liabilities
Regularly reviews of Case line and Orders line and to clear any wedged order/ Case with the help of Regional TL/ L2s.
Regularly streamlining the eschewal side SLA Metrics, Case comments updation.
Follow the wiki/ other instructions while recycling the orders.
Follow the Import policy/ billing policy while recycling the orders without any divagation.
On the month end/ Quarter End/ Time end, please insure that we plan our day as per the anticipation of TL and leave after informing TL.
On Holiday/ Month end, quarter end, time end, we need to insure the shell staff in order to meet the business demand and need to support TL positive as important as possible.
insure all your orders are reused within agreed SLAs.
piecemeal from orders, whatever is anticipated on diurnal base is fulfilled consequently, for illustration, outside of SLA reason to be streamlined while recycling the orders( missing bones
