Cvent is hiring campaigners for the post of Associate Product Adviser.
Cvent off Lot Job liabilities
Support guests over the phone and dispatch by answering their product questions and offering specialized backing
Offer stylish practice tips to guests to boost their meeting attendance via Cvent’s marketing machine
Gather customer conditions for future releases of the product
produce and maintain all product attestation
utensil and manage the online portion of customer events as and when demanded
Gather customer conditions and apply them in Cvent’s event operation software
Communicate with the customer and review the original perpetration with them and make needed changes
give suggestions to the customer to ameliorate the overall result of the perpetration and help customer meet their pretensions
Document all communication with the customer in Cvent’s CRM software.
Cvent off Campus Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate from any sluice.
Preferred skill
Good communication Chops and Verbal Chops
Excellent communication chops( verbal and spoken)
Graduate/Post-graduate with strong logical and logical chops
Strong business wit, ethics, and high integrity
High comfort position in using online software products
Must be eloquent, organized, detail- acquainted and have capability tomulti-task
Quick learner, with a positive station and capability to work well within a platoon
