24 × 7 Remote Network Monitoring & Management
Own the networking issues connecting and supporting the commercial and participated network terrain
Processing the marking line of managed support tickets
Perform introductory troubleshooting of issues advised by the monitoring system, modernize the tickets with over- to- date details and a summary.
give 1st position specialized support on network related issues.
Coordinate and work with the merchandisers for WAN/ Internet link issues flaps.
Manage and maintain seller and internal listed preservation
give tackle support & conservation for all networking factors
Manage being and new networking results, including covering the network stability and uptime.
Escalate any critical issues incidents linked via visionary monitoring to the L2 platoon for more detailed disquisition.
Responding and establishing outages and circuits down through incident reporting.
Responsible for icing back over is performed in agreement to business/ department guidelines
give yearly reporting on agreed crucial Performance pointers.
Attestation and change control
Involve in SNMP Network operation
Examiner event logs and services to be visionary in relating implicit issues
Prepare Trend Analysis grounded on link operation and tackle Application( CPU, Memory, anchorages,etc.,)
Attend listed network change calls impacting the network monitoring.
Shift Handover and Shift Updates.
AMD Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in technology or any other bachelorette’s degree.
1- 2 times of Enterprise/ Telecom Network structure applicable experience.
AMD Recruitment Preferred skill
Understanding and knowledge of any of the Network monitoring tools( SolarWinds, Appneta and Nagios would be an added advantage).
Knowledge on network monitoring for Large Data Centers, Large WAN, LAN, Wireless Network terrain.
Experience or knowledge on Incident, Request, Change and Problem operation processes.
Up- to- date knowledge and understanding of your employer’s business and assiduity requirements, as well as the specialized demands.
Knowledge/ experience on network device administration( Cisco, HP, Aruba).
Knowledge on working with International WAN Service providers for collaboration and follow- ups on the WAN outages.
Knowledge/ experience withinter-network routing infrastructures, and the beginning network security technologies.
introductory understanding on any of the pall technology platforms( Azure/ AWS/ GCP/ OCI).
introductory understanding on any of the SDWAN technology( tableware peak preferred)
Any scripting/ programing knowledge or experience would be an added advantag
Security Knowledge of Firewall( Palo Alto), WAN Accelerators( Riverbed), delegates, cargo Balancers
Fete the significance of client focus and/ or of serving the requirements of the end stoner
Productivity Tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio.
