Regularly attack the largest and most complex problems on the platoon, from specialized design to launch
Partner with masterminds, contrivers and product directors to deliver quality features for convergence DC
Determine plans of attack on large systems
Routinely attack complex architectural challenges and apply architectural norms and start using them on new systems
Lead law reviews & attestation as well as take on complex bug fixes, especially on high- threat problems
Guide other masterminds in the platoon by brace programming, tech design reviews, meaningful law reviews and participating through our Craft Brownbag Sessions.
Set the standard for thorough, meaningful law reviews
Partner across engineering brigades to take on company-wide enterprise gauging multiple systems
tutor further inferior members.
Atlassian Careers Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree from any sluice.
Preferred skill
Proficiency in any ultramodern object- acquainted programming language(e.g., Java, Kotlinetc.).
Experience erecting large- scale, web- grounded enterprise software
A track record of prosecution, threat operation, and delivering issues
Experience with threat assessment, testing practices and doctrines, and have a quality- acquainted mindset
Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, problem- working and logical chops
Passion for product, and delivering value to guests
Passion for uniting with and mentoring inferior members of the platoon
Great communication to make and articulate a specialized vision for the product and pitch it to critical stakeholders.
