As an Operations mastermind at Sprinklr, you should be passionate about maximum platform vacuity, troubleshooting and deep diving into issues for quick fix, suitable to learn new technologies, and are motivated to work in 24 × 7 surroundings.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Bachelorette’s or Master’s Degree from any sluice.
0- 2 times of exposure or knowledge of on- premise data centers or AWS/ Azure/ GCP pall.
Preferred skill
Good Linux Systems Administration Chops.
Experience on IT monitoring tools like Sensu, Prometheus, Grafanaetc.
Responsible for IT structure, operation cautions and high vacuity of product surroundings.
Identify robotization openings in monitoring and contribute to reducing noise in monitoring.
Capability to work in cold-blooded culture with brigades of colorful sizes in the same/ different time zones, and remain largely motivated, productive and systematized.
Capability to singly manage or troubleshoot problems in a product terrain.
Good understanding of microservice infrastructures, operation waiters, networks & databases.
Good to have knowledge on Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Release & Deployments.
Good platoon player.
