Administering and helping to manage customer Product support for the guests who call/ converse or dispatch in the support center.
client support to transnational guests over the phone for voice process( INBOUND and Outbound calling).
customer products to the client( Analytics, YouTube etc).
Effective and timely service delivery across brigades for multiple guests They work nearly with the functional leads to define overall strategies and processes to increase the effectiveness and productivity within the process They work with BD platoon to increase the span of services and add new guests.
produce and manage threat and mitigation plan grounded on discussion with design stake holders.
They serve all guests through Account directors or in a many cases without any intervention of an account director through colorful operations.
Report to the director on performance status and any escalations.
Cognizant Careers Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate from any sluice.

Analytical and problem working chops
Organization and time operation chops
Communication chops to interact and present findings to platoon members
Attention to detail and follow through chops
Capability to work singly and as part of a platoon
