Job Description:
We are seeking an ideal candidate who holds a degree in Science or Engineering. The responsibilities of this position will include conducting demand analysis, efficiently executing tasks, ensuring attestation, participating in calls and status reporting, as well as demonstrating literacy and training skills.
The candidate should possess the ability to comprehend the functional aspects of guest requirements and promptly communicate any interpretations or initiatives to the team lead. Adherence to schedules and timelines, establishing effective working relationships with team members and managers, and compliance with organizational programs and procedures are essential.
Active participation in design and collaboration efforts is required, along with the ability to appropriately prioritize and categorize tasks. Additionally, the candidate will assist in creating validations regarding customer-specific operations and generating operation-specific reports, such as SLA KPI reports and performance metrics.
The candidate should actively engage in daily briefing calls and contribute to the creation of daily and annual reports for guests. A strong interest in acquiring literacy and training in order to understand the quality processes and practices followed in the design from various sources is expected.
Reviewing design-specific documents and attending training sessions will be necessary to gain knowledge about customer operation suites, technology stacks utilized in the customer domain, and customer-specific processes and tools, including Quality Center and JIRA.
Successful completion of domain-specific, specialized, and design-related training and certifications is also required. Proficiency in Salesforce customization and configuration is a must.
This position entails full-time employment with a day shift schedule and does not involve any travel requirements.
