Job Responsibilities:
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
Aligning Smart Home and Home Automation services through technical execution across multiple Engineering teams.
Leading the strategy and execution for Smart Home Services, including migration to Google’s infrastructure.
Leading a team of Engineers and tech leads to transform the technical vision into reality.
Aligning the technical strategy of Services across multiple cross-functional and cross-PA teams.
Building inclusive teams and fostering a culture where everyone can thrive.

Qualifications required:
To be considered for this position, you should have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing strategic projects.
3 years of experience in a people management or supervision/team leadership role.
Experience working on a Smart Home-based service.
Full-stack and distributed systems experience.
Preferred skills:
In addition, the following skills are preferred:
Knowledge of programming is a must.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
Flexibility based on business needs and requirements.
