Job Responsibilities:
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
Following processes to ensure accurate and timely data entry into systems, meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
Identifying and resolving light to moderate complex production-related errors in Apex Portal, EBX, and SAP.
Understanding and effectively communicating data quality issues specific to the data domain.
Being results-oriented and self-motivated.
Having experience in data processing, quality assurance, and process improvement.
Possessing analytical skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Working under general direction on multiple tasks with competing timelines.

Qualifications required:
To be considered for this position, you should have:
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.
Preferred skills:
In addition, the following skills are preferred:
Knowledge of SAP (preferable).
Knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP function.
Familiarity with SharePoint and TEAMS.
Being a team player.
The selection process for this position involves the following stages:

Two rounds of technical interviews.
HR interview.
