Job Responsibilities at Tech Mahindra:

As a valued team member at Tech Mahindra, you will have the following job responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support: Your primary duty will be to promptly respond to customer requests through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat support. You will provide exceptional assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  2. End-User Device Support: You will offer comprehensive support for end-user devices and peripherals, such as computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, data processing, and security. Your expertise will encompass troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring optimal functionality.
  3. IT Break-Fix Support: You will play a crucial role in supporting end users by accepting IT break-fix requests from multiple entry points. You will efficiently diagnose and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate team for further resolution.
  4. Retail Industry Devices: Familiarity with retail industry devices, including switches, routers, printers, and other store equipment, is preferred. Your knowledge in this area will enable you to address specific challenges related to these devices.
  5. Post Resolution Follow-ups: After resolving customer requests or incidents, you will conduct post-resolution follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. This proactive approach will help identify any additional needs and provide any necessary assistance.
  6. Technical Problem Resolution: You will research and address technical problems faced by customers, leveraging your expertise to provide effective solutions. Your ability to analyze and troubleshoot will be crucial in resolving complex issues.
  7. Knowledge Management: You will contribute to the creation and updating of knowledge articles and support process functions. By documenting solutions and best practices, you will enhance the overall knowledge base and facilitate efficient support delivery.

  • Any Degree from any Stream

  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: You should be comfortable working under pressure and dealing with constraints that may be beyond your control.
