Job Description:

Virtusa India Private Limited is currently hiring candidates for the Content Curation role in Gurgaon. This position does not require technical or IT skills. The job description is as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyze URLs/web pages to extract, verify, and create content for advertisements according to client guidelines while meeting SLA parameters.
Review ads, search contents, prepare ad content and creatives, review contents provided by clients, and review landing pages/home pages.
Ensure the quality of content for advertisements by checking for offensive or copyright-violating materials.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum qualification of a degree.
Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
Good working knowledge of the Internet.
Familiarity with how Google search functions and effective keyword search skills.

Perks and Benefits:

For fresher candidates, CTC (Cost to Company) is 211,473 INR per annum with a 14-month service agreement (looking for candidates seeking stability).
For experienced candidates, CTC ranges from 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA depending on the last CTC (Cost to Company).

Shift Timings:

The position requires working in rotational shifts. The shifts are as follows: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 1 PM – 10 PM, and 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM. The projects operate 365 days a year.
Employees are given two rotational offs each week, which may fall on any day of the week.
