Job Description:
DXC Technology is seeking candidates for the position of Business Process Service Delivery Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine and recurring processing and quality tasks to support outsourced services within a specific industry and functional area. Your primary focus will be to adhere to process service level agreements and develop knowledge and skills in the assigned work process(es). Additionally, you will need to understand and comply with project and organization quality standards, security policies, and any applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and recurring processing and quality tasks in support of outsourced services.
- Develop knowledge and skills in the assigned work process(es) and gain a general understanding of the client’s business and objectives.
- Adhere to project and organization quality and compliance standards, as well as security policies and procedures.
- Handle company confidential data according to policy and guidelines.
- Stay alert for critical situations related to customer service issues and escalate them to the appropriate individuals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Zero or more years of experience with business process service delivery, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in personal computer and business solutions software.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team.
