ISRO Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for ISRO recruitment, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering branch or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution.
- The minimum aggregate marks required are 65% or CGPA 6.84/10.
Total Vacancies:
- Electronics: 90 Posts
- Mechanical: 163 Posts
- Computer Science: 47 Posts
- Electronics – Autonomous Body (PRL): 02 Posts
- Computer Science – Autonomous Body (PRL): 01 Post
Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit is 28 years as of 14.06.2023.
- Age relaxation is applicable for serving Central Govt. employees, Ex-Servicemen, and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, as per Govt. of India orders.
Selection Process:
The selection process for ISRO recruitment includes a Written Test and an Interview.
Written Test:
- The written test is a single objective type paper consisting of two parts, Part ‘A’ and Part ‘B’.
- The duration of the written test is 120 minutes (with compensation time for PwBD candidates).
- Part ‘A’ consists of 80 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) related to the core specialization/discipline and allied area topics.
- Part ‘B’ consists of a maximum of 15 MCQs on aptitude/ability tests.
- Negative marking applies to Part ‘A’ based on the pattern (+1 and -1/3 marking).
- The Answer Keys will be published on the ISRO website within three working days of the Written Test.
- Call letters for the written test will be sent to the registered email ID of the candidates.
Interview:
- Candidates will be shortlisted for Interviews based on their performance in the written test, in a ratio of 1:5.
- The final panel will be generated based on 50% weightage to Written Test marks and 50% weightage to Interview marks.
- Qualifying criteria for unreserved candidates is 60%, and for reserved candidates, it is 50% aggregate if a post is reserved.

- For GEN/OBC/EWS candidates: Rs 250/-
- For SC/ST/PwBD/female candidates: NIL
