Job Responsibilities:

Develop and present ideas using PowerPoint presentations.
Take ownership across the engineering life-cycle, including features, design, development, architecture, quality, and performance of the product.
Demonstrate excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate as a team player to drive positive change, foster innovation, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
Act as a change agent to drive innovation, quality, time-to-market, user experience (UX), and product thinking.
Foster a sense of urgency, productivity, self-improvisation, and excellence.
Work effectively in a team and be comfortable with ambiguity.
Define implementation paths and evaluate the best way forward.
Maintain a passion for learning and stay updated on the latest trends in mobile, analytics, and cloud technologies.
Be curious about implementing new technologies and open to criticism and learning from others.
Be customer-centric and data-driven, making decisions based on customer insights and a data-driven approach.
Understand business requirements, create business cases, generate proposals, execute workshops, and implement roadmaps.

Qualifications required:

Qualification: Computer Science (BE/BTech/MTech) graduate from IIT/BITS/NIT.
Should be interested in working with any of the specified technology stacks.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication skills to interact with decision-makers at customer organizations.
Willingness to work in various roles, including maintenance, support, development, and testing.
Flexibility in terms of location.
Quick learner with strong analytical skills.
