- Sales and Stock Management: Analyzing sales figures, forecasting future sales volumes, managing stock levels, and making decisions about stock control to maximize profits.
- Quality and Safety: Ensuring standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are met.
- Market Awareness: Staying informed about market trends in the retail industry, customer initiatives, and monitoring local competitors.
- Store Meetings: Conducting regular store meetings to align and communicate with the team.
The eligibility criteria for Starbucks Recruitment are as follows:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass, ideally with a background in IHM (Institute of Hotel Management) or hotel management.
