Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, execute, and maintain end-to-end and software-specific test plans and processes to support the testing of system features and software features.
2. Engage in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Gain a comprehensive understanding of system features, software features, firmware features, hardware features, and functionality to develop new testing data acquisition methods and automation workflows.
4. Set up and maintain system-level and software-level test farms/systems that support customer applications and use cases.
5. Stay updated with technological advancements to apply them effectively in product or test development processes.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed institute with good academic scores.

Preferred Skills:

• Collaborate with teams across Rockwell Automation businesses.
• Estimate, plan, develop, and execute tests at the “system test” and “software functional test” levels for product releases.
• Participate in the anomaly triage process, capturing and prioritizing customer-reported issues.
• Provide subject matter expertise in problem-solving and root-cause analysis activities.
