Position Summary:

The Deloitte Digital Content Studio (DDSC) in Bangalore and Chennai specializes in delivering high-quality digital and print content to clients worldwide. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing performance data, improving quality, and streamlining working practices to meet customer requirements. DDSC offers various services, including image services, advertising production, 3D content, CGI, and video production, delivering around 15,000 pieces of content daily.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collate and analyze revisions received from publishers.
2. Categorize and subcategorize errors made by artists.
3. Identify the root cause of problems and participate in continuous review activities.
4. Ensure compliance with quality assurance objectives and achieve targets.
5. Complete revision analysis and other reports in a timely manner.
6. Devise corrective actions based on identified root causes.

Required Skills:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
3. Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Team player with a positive attitude.
6. Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
