Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage CECP (Corporate Employee Contribution Program) transfers.
- Facilitate the seamless transfer of CECP funds between different corporate entities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during the transfer process.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather and analyze data related to CECP transfers.
- Prepare reports and documentation to track the progress and outcomes of CECP transfers.
- Identify and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transfer process.
- Assist in the implementation of improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CECP transfers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to CECP transfers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in program and project management, particularly in the area of business operation management.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in transfer processes.
- Proficiency in using relevant software applications and tools.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to corporate employee contribution programs is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
