Aditya Birla Health Insurance is currently hiring for the role of Sales Executive. The role involves engaging with partners at the branch level to ensure their support, activation, and achievement of sales targets in the given territory. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for liaising both internally and externally to achieve desired results.

Number of Vacancies: 500

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Gross Written Premium (GWP) business.
  2. Manage relationships with key partners, including brokers, intermediaries, and sales teams.
  3. Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  4. Track and report on sales performance.
  5. Develop and implement training programs for partner sales teams.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Final year undergraduate student (any discipline).
  2. Good communication skills.
  3. Product-market awareness.
  4. Strong execution skills.

Package: INR 2,50,000 + Incentives

Work Details: The work schedule is 6 days per week with an alternate Saturday off.
