Job Responsibilities:

As a part of our team, your role will involve the following responsibilitie( IDFC Recruitment Drive )s:

1. Acquisition of new-to-bank (NTB) current account customers within the identified segment and generating references from the specified catchment area.
2. Ensuring the acquisition of high-quality current accounts by considering factors such as product mix, segments, and constitution mix.
3. Proactively registering and activating acquired customers on our direct banking channels.
4. Meeting and surpassing the defined targets for new customer acquisitions on a monthly basis by analyzing the transaction banking needs of customers.
5. Assisting and supporting the Sales Manager in catchment mapping and scoping exercises.
6. Providing regular feedback to the Sales Manager or Relationship Manager on opportunities and customer needs.
7. Ensuring adherence to selling norms and standard operating procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.
8. Ensuring strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
9. Ensuring quality sourcing in accordance with the bank’s policies.
