- Collaborating with a highly skilled engineering team to debug, design, and develop solutions for customer-facing challenges across the entire Xactly product suite.
- Demonstrating proficiency and expertise in designing, implementing, and debugging modern web application architectures.
- Exhibiting strong skills in all aspects of application development.
- Working on both private and public cloud environments.
- Partnering with engineering teams from different Xactly product lines to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Qualification Required:
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0-2 years of experience working on enterprise applications using J2EE and/or AWS.
Preferred Skills:
In addition to the required qualifications, the following skills are preferred:
- Good knowledge of SQL, with preferable working experience using Oracle DB.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of performance, scalability, reliability, and usability aspects related to troubleshooting enterprise applications.
- Ability to assist customers in troubleshooting software issues and provide actionable tips for resolution.
- Basic knowledge of debugging Java applications to resolve customer issues.
- Monitoring and enabling various microservices used by a large number of users.
- Basic knowledge of developing applications with Spring-Boot microservices architecture.
