Job Responsibilities:
As a member of the ServiceNow team, your responsibilities will include(ServiceNow Off Campus 2023):
- Maintaining existing automation test frameworks.
- Collecting and reporting quality metrics from test execution.
- Working with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automating them.
- Creating comprehensive test plans, executing them, and automating them.
- Supporting engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and development/test environments.

ServiceNow Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Any degree from any stream.
- 0+ years of experience with relevant technologies and coding skills.
- Experience working with automated testing frameworks such as Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source projects.
- Familiarity with the agile methodology for software development teams.
- Ability to understand various testing techniques (e.g., performance, unit, integration, automated) and effectively use them.
- Proficiency in using tools such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and system administration/Unix tools.
Preferred Skill:
In addition to the eligibility criteria, the following skills are preferred:
- Commitment to quality, including security and performance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
