Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal business clients/end users to translate functional requirements into technical solutions, working alongside the Support Delivery team.
- Develop the strategy and roadmap for a specific business area, assisting in the creation of proposed projects and evolutions, and contributing to business case creation.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the functional scope of the entire application’s domain, overseeing evolutions in the global procurement application landscape.
- Act as the IT contact for the business, serving as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate IT project delivery, supervise critical projects/changes/incidents, and ensure timely and quality delivery. Facilitate project handover to operations.
- Implement best practices and standard solutions to support process standardization and deployment industrialization, while minimizing custom and local solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Atos IT internal processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in application operation, quality, performance, and availability by implementing technical and/or business process changes.
- Review and release documentation when required.
- Coordinate the implementation of changes in the respective area following the release management process.
- Provide troubleshooting support as needed.
